Session 48, VP1

Another Gym Rune had been added to the trainers’ growing legend. At dinner that evening, several townsfolk begrudgingly complimented Takeru on his newly-displayed battle skills.    Gunnar spoke with Morphada about Ingeborg; some of the citizens had been convinced to reconsider the term of exile. Takeru had also suggested the possibility of bringing Ingeborg along with the group, though Bergie seemed very hesitant to do so. Morphada was grateful for our heroes’ consideration, & said they could discuss it further come morning.   Breakfast the next day was full of one of Morphada’s typical honey-glazed delicacies- only, this time, everyone present was thoroughly enjoying them. Rather than drowning something in honey, she had instead lightly-glazed bacon strips. She had also prepared a few packages of these rations for the group’s departure.   About halfway through the meal, the easy conversations around the table died down. Arc 4, Session 21, L5R

Private Records of [ILLEGIBLE], April 6 th , 1119 This morning brought news most grave: the Badger has survived the night. At least it seems he'll likely be out of commission for a bit. Though if that shuts him up any, I will be surprised... The Tortoise paid him a visit & the two spoke for some time. As he did so, the Crab went over the upkeep of his equipment. What manner of samurai would allow themselves to be rankled by this? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ --------------------------------------------------------- Ikoma Haru was rankled...

Session 54, VP2

(These notes were written by the player for Lauren, from Lauren's POV.)     We buried Izu in the fields where she had passed. Something tells me that her bravery will remain as an echo for time yet to come.   When we get back to the Pokemon Center, Randolph stops us, wishing to speak to Bronze. He asks her if she knows Talullah. It seems she's been going around to the various camps and attempting to hire the fighters to try to kidnap Bronze again (because that worked so well the first time).   Randolph assures us that he and Selby didn't take the deal, but he's not sure who might've. I am positive that at least one of the Hammerfest participants took the deal. I would willingly take a punch from Skirlic if I'm wrong. I doubt anyone from Blademill would accept the offer, which just leaves the other contenders, and my gut says that they won't either, for any number of reasons.   While I doubt Aegson would take the offer, he'd be the only ...
